Yes, a 50% advance deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We accept cash, bKash, and bank transfer.
Absolutely. We encourage site visits so you can see the space and discuss your layout with our team. Simply call us to arrange a convenient time.
We coordinate with our in-house restaurant for food and beverages. Custom menus are available. Please discuss your catering needs when booking — pricing varies by menu selection.
Yes, outside caterers and decorators are welcome. We just ask that you inform us in advance so we can coordinate access and setup time.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit 50% of the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
Yes, the hall is available 7 days a week including public holidays. Evening and weekend slots book up quickly — we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for peak dates.
